Fitting bathrooms across Bristol and the surrounding areas
Before you book
Everything you might want to check first
Commissioning a bathroom should not be a leap of faith. Most of the questions below come up before the first visit: how the quote works, how long the job takes, who actually turns up, and what happens if something is wrong afterwards. The short version is that the price is fixed in writing before we start, one qualified team does the whole job, and if anything is not right we come back and put it right. Anything more specific, ask on the form and a person answers.

Good to know
Frequently asked questions
How does the quote work, and is it really fixed?
We come out, look at the room and measure up, then send a single written figure for the whole job rather than an open-ended day rate. That number is what you pay. If we open a wall and find something genuinely unexpected, we stop and price it with you before we carry on, so nothing is ever added behind your back at the end.
Where in Bristol do you work?
Right across the city and the surrounding areas: Clifton, Redland, Bishopston, Cotham, Southville, Bedminster, Totterdown, Horfield, Henleaze, Westbury-on-Trym, Fishponds, Staple Hill, Downend and everywhere between. We are a service-area business, so we come to you. If your street is just outside that list, ask anyway, the answer is usually still yes.
Is it really the same team from start to finish?
Yes. The qualified engineers and plumbers who quote your bathroom are the ones who strip it out, plumb it, tile it and finish it. You get one point of contact who knows your job, rather than a plumber one week and a different tiler the next who have never spoken to each other.
How long does a bathroom take?
A straightforward refit is usually one to two weeks. A full installation with layout changes, a wet room or a lot of tiling can run a little longer. We give you a realistic timeline with the quote and work to it, rather than starting your bathroom and disappearing to another job halfway through.
Do you move plumbing and drainage for a new layout?
Yes, and it is one of our core jobs. Moving the toilet, basin or shower means moving waste and supply pipework, which the same qualified plumbers who fit the bathroom carry out. On a wet room we also form the drainage fall by hand so the floor sheds water properly.
Can you build an accessible or walk-in bathroom?
We fit walk-in showers, level-access wet rooms, bath-to-shower conversions and full accessible bathrooms, with grab rails, seats and non-slip floors positioned to suit the person using the room. A lot of that work is helping someone stay comfortably in their own home, and we are used to the conversation.
Do you work in older and period Bristol homes?
Constantly. Much of Bristol is Victorian and Edwardian terraces with solid walls, awkward floors and tight bathrooms, plus Georgian in Clifton and village-core homes in Westbury. After 35 years we know how those homes behave and how hard water treats a bathroom here, which is where a lot of the care goes.
Do you do repairs, or only full bathrooms?
Both. Alongside full installations we fix leaking showers, dripping taps, cracked tiles and failed silicone, and we are honest about when a repair is the sensible call and when a room is better replaced. Not every problem needs the whole bathroom ripped out.
What if something is wrong after the job?
You tell us and we come back and put it right. Because one team did the whole bathroom, there is never an argument about whose work it was. It was all ours, so we own it.
What are your hours, and can I reach a real person?
We work and answer enquiries Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday mornings 9am to 4pm, and a person replies rather than a queue. For urgent leaks or blockages we get to you as fast as we can within those hours.
